Double explorer 20 school age loft offers limitless play - ADA approved school age furnishings.

This loft has large wheelchair accessible openings under the deck and rung ladder at the lower right corner to provide large motor activities for the special needs child. Extra wide steps with handrails on each side, ADA inclined risers and V-grooves for traction assist the ambulatory child to reach the upper level. Stairs have high safety side rails with Lexan windows for visibility.

Deluxe Explorer 5 School Age loft. This elegant loft combines the industry's finest craftsmanship, materials, safety features and state of the art design. Deck is 96"wx48"dx60"h, high enough for school agers to stand underneath. Steps meet ADA requirements with inclined risers and have high side rails with windows and lower hand rail. Upper panel are a full 45" high to discourage climbing and include a space bubble, window panel, 2-window and 1 half window panels, 1-mirror panel and 1-birch panel with a built in book display. Fully carpeted, heavy duty construction of solid maple, ¾" birch plywood and clear Lexan plastic for visibility. Deluxe lofts include 5 coats of our exclusive Ultra Gloss marine grade finish.
